Donkey is slow to start but is well worth the wait by the end. Hannah is an amazing comedian and deserves every award for comedy. She has already been nominated for the Barry twice, can’t wait to see what is to come.

After explaining that the show is not about Donkeys (talk about disappointment 🙂 ), Hannah gives new fans to her show a quick update of who is she is and what she does .

“I dabble in the sub-genre of depression comedy,”

As Hannah observes, her diagnosis of ADHD has caused her to reevaluate her life, whilst baring her soul to the audience with her dry wit still intact. She embraces her diagnosis, as finally, many of her life’s moments now suddenly make sense.

I feel a real connection with Hannah’s work, her topics touch close to my heart on many levels. At times I laugh in the ‘hey that’s just like me, it’s funny because it’s true’ category, at other times it’s because if you don’t laugh, you’ll cry because it’s hit a little too close to home.
